25、   Do you live in a city? You've probably noticed how noisy and crowded cities can be. What if you could live next to a quiet lake or river instead?

As it turns out, living near water, such as oceans, lakes or rivers, can help us feel both happier and healthier. Finally, people who live near water tend to be more active. Water sports like swimming can help us stay in shape, which in turn keeps us healthy.
