26、Bilibili star uses her platform to promote greater understanding of the lives and needs of disabled people.
Compared to most people with disabilities, Zhao Hongcheng is lucky. Born in 1990, a wheelchair has been part of Zhao's life since she was 1 year old due to poliomyelitis (小儿麻痹症). And now, as a video content creator who has over 84, 000 followers on the video-sharing platform Bilibili, Zhao wants to be a bridge between the disabled and the rest of society.
I made my first video in 2019," Zhao says. "My original purpose was to find a way to reduce my emotional stress. I always met inconvenience caused by my wheelchair when going out, which made me feel sad. However, I barely had any disabled friends, so I had no one to talk to. I felt quite lonely, "Zhao explains.
Her fist vlog was about a trip to Guangzhou with friends. The video was viewed more than 2, 000 times on the first day, which surprised Zhao. "This made me feel that there were many things worth sharing in my life, and it also gave me a sense of mission," she explains. That first video has since been viewed over 48, 000 times. Her fourth video, displaying how she got to work in a wheelchair, made her even more popular. The video received more than 300, 000 views on Bilibili in a short period of time.
In her video about an accessorily bus tour in Shanghai, she put forward a piece of advice for such facilities. Fortunately, her proposal was adopted by the city.
"One of the great things about being a content creator is that I feel like I have the opportunity of talking about the real difficulties and pains that a disabled person faces, "Zhao says.
"Many stories or reports on people with disabilities are covered by the so-called able-bodied, and rarely reported from the perspective of a disabled person," she says. "We go to college, find a job, go on dates-but these are just our daily lives."

27、The best drones (无人机) you can buy right now
DJI Mavic Air 2 ($ 800)
DJI Mavic Air 2 offers clear improvements over previous products. It can shoot 4K videos at 60 fps, along with still photos of up to 48 megapixels (百万像素), while the drone’s flight time has been increased to 34 minutes (up from 21). The drone itself starts at $ 800, but adding the Fly More Combo pack on to your shopping list gives you three batteries and some additional items for another $ 200.
Mavic Mimi ($ 400)
Mavic Mimi’s advantages are its size and weight, the latter of which comes in at just under the 250-gram mark. The biggest drawback is that it doesn’t shoot 4K like DJI’s higher-end drones, but you’ll still get some impressive 2.7K videos and 12-megapixel still images.
Ryze Tello ($ 110)
There may be a handful of clear favorites when it comes to higher-end drones, but things get quite a bit more confusing if you’re just looking for a cheap flyer to try your hand with. While there’s no mistaking this for a pro-level piece of equipment, Ryze Tello benefits from a partnership with DJI that gives it some reliable capabilities for the price.
DJI Inspire 2 ($ 3,300)
What can professional movie makers get in DJI Inspire 2? a lightweight body, a flight time of 27 minutes, and an amazing 5.2K video quality. Besides, it has retractable (可收回的) landing equipment, and you can turn the camera 360 degrees without anything blocking the view. To fully use DJI Inspire 2, one pilot is needed to pilot the drone and the other to control its camera.

28、How to Be Productive During Difficult Times
When we are struggling, or when we have a hard time focusing, we may turn to others for help. We may even wish we had a hero to help us. Well, today here is some advice for you.
Turn ourselves into our own heroes.
When we make ourselves heroes, we not only gain focus but also a sense of purpose. 【1】 For example, it can give us hope as stories in the books often do. In stories, writers often give their hero, the main person in the story, a purpose. 【2】
Write out our tasks and ideas.
In stories, heroes also have tasks, which they want to finish and ideas, which they see for themselves. So we can write out our tasks and ideas, not just for a project but for our life as well. With clear tasks and ideas, events in our life no longer seem to be separate events. 【3】 There's just a lot of value in having tasks and ideas.
【4】 When we know our strengths, we can use them fully. In difficult times, we can make our life easier by focusing on our strengths. It is even more important to identify weaknesses. All heroes have them. On their journey they face their weaknesses and learn from them.
Have small goals within a larger goal.
As we know, the hero's journey is not a one—time thing. It is a journey we are on in our entire life. 【5】 Our life's journey is ongoing and ever—changing. We should be realistic with our goals and to be kind to ourselves, especially during difficult times.
A.Learn from heroes in stories.
B.We often live a life without purpose.
C.Know our strengths and weaknesses.
D.They become part of our larger stories.
E.So have small goals that we can measure in some way.
F.We can do the same for ourselves and identify our purposes.
G.Making ourselves the heroes in our own stories helps us in many ways.
29、Proverbs (谚语) are quite common in spoken English. We don’t normally put them in a composition or a letter. Sometimes it is helpful if you know what common proverbs mean. Here are a few examples.
1) “Once bitten, twice shy.” If a dog bites me, I shall be twice as careful in future when I see it. This proverb is also used to apply to many things and not only to dogs. If you have been cheated at a shop, you will not go the same shop again.
2) “A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.” If I am a hunter, trying to catch birds, it is better to catch one than to see two birds in a bush but not able to catch them. Thus this means that what you have already got is better than the chance of being able to get something bigger in future.
3) “Too many cooks spoil the broth (soup)”. When too many people do something, they get in each other’s way and do a bad job.
4) “To pour oil on troubled waters” is to try to calm things down. Oil is lighter than water. If a ship is in trouble at sea, another ship may come to help it. The second ship can send small boats to rescue people. However, it may first pour oil on the sea to make the sea less rough.
5) “Don’t be a dog in a manger(槽)”means“ Don’t be selfish.” In a stable (马房), the manger is the place where the horse’s food is put. Sometimes a dog will sleep in the manger and bark when a horse comes to get its food. The dog does not want to eat the lay in the manger but it will not let the horse eat it.
6) “He is sitting on the fence” means that somebody will not say whether he is in favor of a plan or against it. He is sitting on a fence between two opposing sides, perhaps waiting to see which side will win.
7) “He who pays the piper calls the tune.” A piper is a musician. The man who employs or pays a musician can say what tunes the man will play. Thus this means that if a man provides the money for a plan, he can say how it will be carried out.
8) “You can’t get blood out of a stone” means that you cannot get something from a person who has not got any of the things you want. e. g. you cannot get a million dollars from a poor man.
