Hike Atlas
For Europeans and North Americans, hiking in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains offers astonishing scenery paired with cultural adventure on the Mediterranean’s northern shores. The dramatic mountains are home to the rich culture of the Berbers, an independent-minded native people who took to the hills during ancient Arab invasions (入侵). Today the Berbers welcome tired walkers with their famous mint tea.
Windsurf Alacati
Turkey’s beautiful coastlines and clear waters draw millions of visitors each year. But those looking for reliable winds tend to go to a sleepy fishing village called Alacati. Between May and October north winds blow reliably here across the Cesme Bay, which is one of the best windsurfing resorts in the world.
Ski Abruzzo
Fun in the Mediterranean sun needn’t always include sand and surf. Snow sports are also available not far from the lapping waves. Italy’s Abruzzo region offers surprisingly reliable snow and picturesque villages. 23、Do you have cold feet in winter? But now if you wear a pair of Ugg boots, you won’t be troubled by that.
UGG means Australian Sheepskin Boots. UGG boots became popular among shearers(剪羊毛的人) in the 1920s. The shearers sheared the sheep and grabbed a bit of dead sheep, wrapped it around their feet and called them “Ugly Boots”. Good old Australian slang shortened Shearers Ugly Boots to UGG boots. Thus UGG Boots date back as far as the 1920s in Australia.
Ugg boots became so popular because of the amazing amount of comfort they bring to the feel. The sheepskin is made incredibly soft so the boots are warm and comfortable. Ugg boots fed more like socks than shoes, yet they are tough enough for outdoor wear. The unique, wool fool-beds lake the shape of the natural edge of each wearer’s feet, creating personalized arch (弓形) supports.
Our ugg boots are handmade with Australian sheepskin of the highest quality by our factory of Ugg Original Pty Ltd.
We can also wear ugg boots in cold weather or summer. In cold weather, the thick wool of ugg boots provides a preventing layer of warmth by trapping your body heat. In the heat of summer, the natural fibres of the wool will actually cool your feet by absorbing sweat. Ugg boots are made to be worn barefoot to maximize the cushioning and warmth provided by the sheepskin.

26、阅读下面材料,根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段,使之构成一篇完整的短文。
Be a Star of Your Own Movie
I always loved the movies. It didn’t even matter if I went to see them alone. In the movies, nothing seemed impossible: I became the star of the cheerleading team who leads her team to victory, or the teenager who bridges the gap between the races at her high school, or even the young woman who falls in love with a handsome nobleman from the nineteenth century. And I would always live happily ever after.
In fact, I liked to pretend what was happening on-screen was happening in my own life as well. I liked the happy endings, the perfect happy endings. I wanted my life to be like that, happy and wonderful. I wanted to escape the stress of family and friends and school. My only escape from the reality that trapped me was heading for a movie theatre.
I hadn’t always been this way. As a young girl I was outgoing and friendly, and even involved in after-school activities. High school was different, though. I became quiet and withdrawn.
My parents were worried about me. They urged me to call old friends or get more involved with school. After promising my parents a thousand times that I would call one of my old friends, I finally agreed. The only number I knew by heart was Sarah’s, so I called her. Sarah herself was pretty close to perfect: straight-A student, class president, off to Yale in the fall, beautiful, sweet, brilliant. We decided to meet fora pizza lunch.
We ate and talked and caught up on old times. I told her how difficult it had been for me in the past few years and how unbearable the pressure had been. “I wish my life was the way it is in the movies,” I sighed, “I would be so much easier.” I looked down through my fingers, face in my hands. “I understand,” she said. I looked up at her, questioning her with my eyes.
注意:
1.续写词数应为150左右;

She explained she used to escape her realities by doing the same thing.
